International audienceThis article presents a collective organisation built on a strong social and environmental commitment in Argentina’s Mendoza province. Developed around the El Arca association, it operates as an innovative partnership based on an alternative model of production and consumption with internal and external stakeholders who are substantially involved. The text examines the social and environmental activism anchoring the association’s values in the principles of solidarity, responsibility and participation, and how the producer-consumer relationship has developed based on the concepts of trust, horizontal democracy and reciprocity. Through the alternative that it offers, founded on work respecting the values of “buen vivir”, this organisation is a real tool for local development.Cet article présente une organisation collective construite sur un engagement sociétal et environnemental fort dans la province de Mendoza en Argentine. Développée autour de l'association El Arca, elle fonctionne sur un système de partenariat innovant initié à partir d’un modèle alternatif de production et de consommation avec une implication importante des parties prenantes internes et externes. Le texte analyse la logique socio-éco-militante qui a permis l’ancrage des valeurs de l’association sur des principes de solidarité, de responsabilité et de participation, et la manière dont la relation producteur-consommateur s’est développée sur les notions de confiance, de démocratie horizontale et de réciprocité. Par l’alternative qu’elle propose, fondée sur le travail dans le respect des valeurs du « buen vivir » (« bien-vivre »), cette organisation est un réel outil du développement local
